To Freeze a SiFi card, follow these simple steps once you log in to SiFi:

• Click on “Cards” on the left navigation panel.
• Click on the card you want to freeze.
• Click the "Freeze" button and confirm.

Your card is now paused and cannot be used until reactivated.
