At SiFi the safety and security of our user's accounts and their data is a core value that we do not hold lightly.
The 4 points below showcase the steps we have taken and the frameworks we have adopted to minimise the risks :
- PCI Compliance: SiFi is fully PCI compliant, which means that we meet the standards set by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council for secure payment processing. This ensures that your payment information is handled safely and securely.
- SAMA Cybersecurity Framework: SiFi follows the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) Cybersecurity Framework, which outlines the best practices for cybersecurity in the financial industry. This framework helps us ensure that we have the necessary security measures in place to protect your account.
- Device Registration: When you log in to SiFi from a new device, you will be asked to register that device. This helps us ensure that only authorized devices can access your account, adding an extra layer of security.
- Multi-Factor Login: SiFi uses multi-factor authentication (MFA) to add an extra layer of security to your account. This means that in addition to your password, you will be required to enter a code sent to your phone or email to log in.
This makes it much more difficult for unauthorized users to gain access to your account.
