Transaction settlement is the process where the bank pays the merchant based on the confirmation of the transaction. After the transaction is settled, it may either move to ‘Pending Approval’ status or ‘Approved’ status

Pending Approval

As per your company's approval policy, once the transaction is settled, it moves to "Pending Approval." During this phase, the expense awaits approval from designated approvers, who will be visible on the transaction details.
