The Transfer Initiator Role allows a user to create transfers and manage beneficiaries. Only admins and finance managers can assign this role to other users.

To assign the role:

  1. Navigate to the People screen.
  2. Click the three-dotted options (⋮) next to the user’s name.
  3. Select Update Role.
  4. Choose Transfer Initiator for any role other than admin or finance manager.
  5. Confirm the changes to update the user’s role.

The assigned user will now have the ability to create transfers and beneficiaries.
