During the onboarding process, it is essential for the company to designate Authorized Finance Managers (Account Admins) who will have the highest level of authority over the company's SiFi account.

The Account Admins will serve as the primary point of contact for the company and will be responsible for several crucial tasks.

These include topping up the wallet balance, initiating transfers, inviting and deactivating employees, and gaining full visibility and control over spaces, cards, reimbursements, expenses, and transfers. Additionally, the Account Admins will work closely with the SiFi customer success team to ensure a simplified finance journey for their company.
