We want to clarify that the reason the card balance is no longer shown after each transaction is due to the nature of the card.
Currently, your SiFi card operates as a credit card at the core banking level, while our wallet feature requires it to be funded in advance, similar to how a debit card functions.
Because of this, the platform had inaccuracies in terms of the balance being calculated since foreign transactions after settlement may have a slight variance based on the spot FX rate at the time of the settlement. Hence we have currently paused to display the balance immediately after transactions.
To view your current available balance, please refer to the wallet section on your dashboard, where the most up-to-date balance will always be reflected.
