كيفية تفعيل حسابك في ساي فاي

إذا تلقيت رسالة نصية من تكافل، فهذا يعني أنه تم تسجيلك بنجاح، وحان الوقت لتفعيل حسابك في منصة ساي فاي.

ستتلقى أيضًا رسالة بريد إلكتروني منفصلة من ساي فاي تحتوي على رابط آمن لتفعيل حسابك.يرجى اتباع التعليمات الواردة في البريد الإلكتروني لإتمام عملية التفعيل.

خطوات تفعيل الحساب

1. الوصول إلى منصة ساي فاي قم بزيارة لوحة تحكم ساي فاي وقم بتسجيل الدخول.
2. **النقر على "تفعيل الحساب"**ستجد هذا الخيار في أسفل صفحة لوحة التحكم.
3. إدخال بياناتكأدخل رقم الهوية الوطنية، أو رقم الإقامة، أو رقم جواز السفر، إلى جانب عنوان البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك.اضغط على تحقق، ثم أدخل رمز التحقق  المرسل إلى بريدك الإلكتروني.
4. التحقق من رقم الجوالأدخل رمز التحقق  المرسل إلى رقم جوالك المسجل.
5. إكمال التحقق من الهوية عبر تطبيق نفاذافتح تطبيق نفاذ وأدخل الرمز الظاهر على منصة ساي فاي لإتمام التحقق من الهوية.
6. الموافقة على الشروط والأحكام وتعيين كلمة المروربعد الانتهاء من التحقق، وافق على الشروط والأحكام وقم بإنشاء كلمة مرور آمنة لحسابك.

ماذا يحدث بعد تفعيل الحساب؟

بمجرد تفعيل حسابك وإصدار البطاقة من قبل تكافل، ستتلقى بريدًا إلكترونيًا من ساي فاي يحتوي على رابط لتفعيل البطاقة.

بعد تفعيل البطاقة، ستتمكن من:

• عرض رصيدك
• الوصول إلى بيانات البطاقة وإدارتها
• استخدام جميع ميزات منصة ساي فاي

إذا لم تتلقَ بريد التفعيل الإلكتروني أو واجهت أي صعوبة أثناء الخطوات، لا تتردد في التواصل مع فريق الدعم — نحن هنا لمساعدتك.

If you’ve received an SMS from Takaful, this means your registration has been successfully processed, and it’s time to activate your SiFi account.

You will also receive a separate email from SiFi with a secure link to activate your account .Please follow the instructions in that email to complete the activation process.

Steps to Activate Your Account

1. Access the SiFi Platform Go to the SiFi Dashboard and log in.
2. Click “Activate Account” You’ll find this option at the bottom of the dashboard page.
3. Enter Your Details Provide your National ID, Iqama, or Passport Number, along with the email address linked to your account.Click Verify, then enter the OTP sent to your email.
4. Verify Your Mobile Number Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
5. Complete ID Verification via Nafath Open the Nafath app and enter the code shown on the SiFi platform to complete identity verification.
6. Accept Terms and Conditions & Set Your Password Once verification is complete, accept the Terms and Conditions and set a secure password for your account.

What Happens After Activation

Once your account is activated and Takaful issues your card, you will receive an email from SiFi with a link to activate the card.

After card activation, you'll be able to:

• View your balance
• Access and manage your card
• Use all features of the SiFi platform
